  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

    StanleyOG.

When the older person in the movies says "It's going to rain, I feel it in me bones" That shit is real !

Seems every time the weather gets wet and rainy for a week or so, my lower back just starts screaming at me, and by the time I take enough aspirin and or Tylenol to make it tolerable, my stomach gets pissed off.

I dont have any spinal problems I know of, and it seems to be the lower back muscle. I can't really make any sense of it. Some days I can do 4 times the work and it don't bother me at all, other days I struggle to crawl out of bed.

Gotta be a better way to over come it!

I remembered Doan's Pills commercials from back when I was a kid, turns out they still make that shit! ( never looked for it on the shelf before ) Today I went and got a box and took some, seems to work ok.
In the meantime though, in order to not permanently injure myself , ( and to not become dependent on taxpayers, aka Disability ) I'm doing some research. Only one of the symptoms that seem to be like what I experience, is much like that of pregnant females. Considering I have a beer gut about the right size it only makes sense that I need to lose about 30 lbs.

If you dont want to take drugs to TRY to overcome it...I recommend lots of hot peppers and core exercise. This coming from an out of shape, 280lb, 6ft tall guy. The peppers have huge anti-inflammatory properties, and building up the core muscles strengthens the lower back. Also, the hot peppers will keep you generally more healthy and your body will fight off many germs better and faster...

Having had back challenges since I was 21, if the muscles in the lower back, those muscles are most likely tightening to tighten protect at least one of the lumbar vertebrae that is out of alignment. I have experienced every type of pain and misalignment you could ever think of.

Some are debilitating - literally, to where you can't move without excruciating pain; some simply squeeze nerves, where there isn't much real pain, but there is a noticeable loss in strength - usually but not always, in one of the arms (depends on the nerve) being pinched by the vertebrae.

When I see my chiropractor, the first thing he does is test my resistance - he'll have me hold up one arm and tell me to pushh against it as he pushes it forward - then he'll do the other - also does it with each leg. This tells him where the weakness is, and helps him center on the troubled vertebrae.

I do not believe in doctors for spinal misalignments they only believe in surgery as a last resort or even, at least in the old days, 'spinal fusion' - the worst thing a patient can ever do in my opinion. They are completely opposed to the chiropractors' number one tool - spinal manipulation.

I suggest the OP see a chiropractor.

'Regular' MDs, including your source, have spent the last 50 or 60 years trying to discredit the practice of Chiropracty. This is nothing new. I'm sure you can turn up a number of similar articles. I speak from personal experience.

      Do you?

No matter how I say this, somebody will make a joke, however while driving cars, I've been hit from behind 5 times, never sued any one, but wish I would have sued all of them, my neck was definately injured by the first one but my neck issues didn't show up untill much later. My neck issues however are no where close to my back issues, which are only recent.
