    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    SWMBO makes deviled eggs, I smoke a chicken, she puts chicken bits in the yolk part and calls them mother and child deviled eggs.

      Hey Cupcake, get yourself a can of crushed pineapple, mix in a little with the cream cheese, stuff the peppers, add some more of the pineapple chunks, then wrap with parcooked bacon (that is still a bit limp)! Then bake until the cheese is melty! Let cool a bit because the pineapple and cream cheese will burn like hell! Fucking Awesome! I've even made these, but substituted ham slices for the bacon (it does miss the fat of the bacon!)

      There was a restaurant near where I lived back in the navy, that served a poached salmon with hollandaise and asparagus and fingerling potatoes! They also served it with a garlic butter to dip the potatoes in, clarified butter with lots of minced garlic. It didn't have the egg, but it was still great, and living near the ocean, it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

    In an oil suspension, with a plethera of ingredients in infinite combinations. Great with so many other things, it's ridiculous! God couldn't have planned for such diversity!

    Dropped into a sizzling pan and fried to perfection (yoke still runny or hard). Your choice.

    Pan-fried, lightly scrabbled. (White streaks of albumen mixed with yoke)

    Cracked into a bowl, and scrambled the fuck with! And the uses?

    Omlette, frittata, quiche, egg scramble (with so many other wonderful things)...

    It's uses and abuses are infinite.

    So many ways. Hard boiled, deviled, over medium, egg salad, Benedict, scrambled, omelets.

    The thing that grosses me out though is when my family eats the runny yolks plain. It makes me gag, so of course they get my attention before they do it. I need toast to dip in them.

    Cooked well. Don't like runny yolks or jiggly egg whites.
    Don't mind them fried if you break the yolk and spread it around. Fried in bacon grease and put on toast.
    I also like them in cheesecake!
