  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

Sen. Cruz: Senate Judiciary Committee to vote to subpoena Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has announced he is planning to subpoena Twitter’s CEO over the social media site’s blocking of recent New York Post articles. During a break in the Supreme Court nomination hearings, Cruz stated Twitter is actively blocking stories regarding Hunter Biden and allegations the Biden family received money from China.

He called the blocks “unprecedented election interference” and said the Judiciary Committee wants to know what’s going on.

On Tuesday, the committee will vote on whether or not to subpoena Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey for testimony, which would be scheduled for October 23rd.

“Twitter, Facebook and Big Tech billionaires don’t get to censor political speech and actively interfere in the election,” stated Cruz. “That’s what they’re doing right now.”

On Wednesday, Dorsey acknowledged blocking the first New York Post article with zero context was “unacceptable.”

Meanwhile, more GOP senators have also called out Twitter and other social media sites. They alleged the tech giants are censoring information on Hunter Biden, despite flashing the Russia investigation into the Trump campaign in 2016.

In the meantime, the Democrat candidate has claimed he did not know about his son’s dealing with other countries during his time as vice president.

President Trump: If Big Tech persists, we must strip them of their Section 230 protections

On Thursday, President Trump slammed Big Tech companies for their alleged censorship. During his latest rally in North Carolina, the President threatened to possibly strip tech giants of their Section 230 protections.

The legislation effectively shields platforms like Twitter and Facebook from being held liable for posted content. It also protects them from being held accountable for censoring or not censoring certain content.

It’s meant to protect free speech while allowing tech giants to mitigate hate speech or violence. However, President Trump and other officials have argued it’s actually enabled platforms to block or remove political speech without retribution.

“If Big Tech persists, in coordination with the mainstream media, we must immediately strip them of their Section 230 protections,” stated the President.

He went on to say when the government granted these protections, they created “a monster.”

The statute in Section 230(c)(2) further provides "Good Samaritan" protection from civil liability for operators of interactive computer services in the removal or moderation of third-party material they deem obscene or offensive, even of constitutionally protected speech, as long as it is done in good faith.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has also criticized Twitter and Facebook for blocking a story on Joe and Hunter Biden’s corrupt dealings. The social media giants blocked the New York Post’s story earlier this week, citing concerns it may contain “hacked material.”

On Thursday, the senator stated the social media giants’ decision to block or allow content as they please is “reprehensible.” McConnell added he supports the calls by some senators to subpoena Twitter executive Jack Dorsey.

“Whether one approves of the information or not, if you selectively suppress information, that’s censorship,” he said. “In this country, we’ve always advocated competition of ideas.”

According to Republican senators, this latest controversy shows a deepening pro-Democrat bias among the top leadership of Twitter and Facebook.

Censoring by the big socials like twitter & fb has been going on for a long time. I pretty sure it's not going on here at xnxx, and I'm happy about that. I see posts I don't agree with but that doesn't bother me. Tell it like it is folks, there's not many places where you can do that.

There is censorship happening here, too! Try posting a picture of someone under the age of 18. Or try using a string of racist epithets... Or a discussion on scatology...

This would mean that social media would be incapable of setting any sort of standards of what they will allow. Meaning, we can post porn on Facebook and they can't remove it.

Where are you going to draw theline?

Besides, the First Amendment does not apply to corporate entity. They're not required to give you free speech on their platform.

Its not for social media to decide whats fact, social media,FB, Twitter are not "news sites", its a people's platform like right here, just posting and running their mouth, letting off steam, whatever...

FB fact checkers are extremely biased and have no scene of humor whatsoever, a funny political meme is fact checked when all it was obviously meant to be was a laugh...FB doesnt allow humor or political satire against liberals, democrats, Biden, any of them,

I and the billions of other FB users arent "news reporters" and never claimed to be, yet FB is censoring political satire...of Conservatives.

This is actually proof PR hacks and Trump supporters have never read the Constitution and don't know the first things about it. Such as the First Amendment.

That means the press has an absolute right to publish anything the want or not publish things if they want. It is forbidden for the government to try and tell the press what they HAVE TO publish.

But it is even more glaring hypocrisy in this case because false speech has never been protected by the First Amendment. It is actually against the law to publish lies. If a news outlet publishes lies about a person, group, or even business they can be sued for slander or libel. There are also truth in advertising laws that prohibit lying about a product and/or service.

Which is actually why news outlets like Facebook and Twitter are shutting down the totally false "October Surprise" hit piece Trump and his allies are trying to smear Bidens with.

In fact it might even go one step higher and be an attack by Putin/Russia to try and steal the presidential election again.

FBI Probing ‘Hunter Biden Emails’ as Possible Foreign Intel Op

    https://www.thedailybeast.com/fbi-p...sible-foreign-intelligence-operation?ref=home

Also this is another way to see how Trump and his supporters and the Republicans are simply traitors to the United States of America and everything it stands for by trying to force privately owned social media platforms distribute their lies and false propaganda.

It actually used to be a free country where if Trump, his supporters, and the Republicans don't like what Facebook and Twitter are doing they can just boycott them and go somewhere else. They can even start their own social media platforms if they want.

But no under the thumb of the mad king dictator they want to take the popularity of some social media platforms, commandeer them, and force them to distribute their lies and false propaganda.

Just like a shit hole country run by a mad king dictator.

Also take note of the direct contradiction the PR hack posted that just totally defeats all his whining and crying.

The statute in Section 230(c)(2) further provides "Good Samaritan" protection from civil liability for operators of interactive computer services in the removal or moderation of third-party material they deem obscene or offensive, even of constitutionally protected speech, as long as it is done in good faith.

The stories they are restricting are the furthest thing from "good faith." They are totally fabricated with the sole intent of trying to hurt Joe Biden and his campaign for president. That is not good faith. That is actually against the law.

Trump has commented on our libel laws and has said they must be changed so he can go after his enemies. Biden should sure the post over this!

There is actually a solution for this. Its called the Fairness Doctrine and used to apply to all media before Ronald Reagan came along. And all it said was media had to provide equal time to opposing views.

So let's see who's actually willing to go on the record here.

Do you support a return to the Fairness Doctrine.

I certainly do and have been advocating for a return to the Fairness Doctrine since the 1980's.

How about you PR hacks and Trump supporters. Should the FCC return to the Fairness Doctrine?

As usual, another faulty premise is expressed by the village hypocrite.

It wasn't Reagan that that decided the 'Fairness Doctrine' should be annulled, it was SCOTUS.

Do you really think that CNN and RawStory will ever provide opposing views?...

The 'Fairness Doctrine' as written was a clear and concise violation of rights.

Another one of your leftist troll fuck cohorts expressed another false premise that the elimination of the 'Fairness Doctrine' was the rise of right wing hate radio.

For the bureaucratic regulation of a certain licensed broadcasting agency, would be an impossible task to thoroughly regulate without due suppression.

If I dont like or care for the platform that CNN has to offer to the public...guess what..there are 1,400 other TV stations..over 10,000 radio stations Nationwide, that I can turn too.

There will be another platform for social media to be offered to the public that will enhance and offer opposing views that wont ban it's users.
