Joe Biden’s agenda for increased gun control has hit peak intensity after he made his intentions clear to turn Americans’ right to purchase firearms into an over-regulated nightmare, all while opulent politicians are free to keep their armed security.

In a blanket statement Friday, the former vice president vowed to “defeat the NRA” and fulfill the radical left’s gun control wish list. As a so-called solution to gun violence, he has vowed to pass even more background check requirements as well as a ban on so-called assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.

This comes in spite of strongly increasing gun violence in American cities that already have these measures in place.

Joe wants to ban “magazines that can hold multiple bullets in them,” and said that doing so is “no violation of #2A.”

He knows NOTHING about firearms or 2A. In June, he claimed to have gotten “the number of clips in a gun banned.”

Specifically, Democrat-led Chicago wrapped up 2020 with more than 4,000 shooting victims and 769 gun-related homicides. According to a police report, the city saw more bloodshed in one year in over two decades as well as a 139 percent surge of murder in July 2020 compared with July 2019.

Meanwhile, Chicago boasted some of the strictest gun control measures in the country. This includes a ban on most semi-automatic rifles and high capacity magazines as well as a requirement of heavy background checks, a firearm owners identification card requirement, waiting periods, gun owner licensing and many more regulatory measures.

Regardless, Biden has continued to pose increased gun restrictions as a so-called solution despite stacks of evidence that assert it’s counter-productive to ending gun violence.

In an interview with Anderson Cooper, Biden was probed about whether he would come for Americans’ guns if he was elected to the White House.

“Bingo, you’re right…if you have an assault weapon, the fact of the matter is, they should be illegal. Period,” he stated.
“I would institute a national buyback program and I would make sure that is what we do, to get them off the street.”

Furthermore, at a campaign rally in South Carolina last February, he criticized the protection of lawful commerce in Arms Act, which protects gun manufacturers from being held liable for crimes committed with guns they produced.

“We passed a bill in 2007 that exempted, exempted gun manufacturers from being sued…the only industry that in America, that is exempt,’ said Biden. “Well, I got news for ya gun manufacturers: I’m coming for you and I’m gonna take you down.”

He added, the first thing he will do as president is work to get rid of that measure and strongly increase gun control across the board. Meanwhile, President Trump has warned about the growing efforts of the radical left to disarm American citizens.

“They attack the Second Amendment every single day while employing armed guards,” he stated. “And let me tell you, I am the only thing standing in the way of you and your Second Amendment. It’s under siege.

While it is evident that violent crime is a problem that needs to be addressed, recent statistics show that increased gun control has failed to solve the problem.

Joe Biden proposes $1.9T pandemic relief package

Joe Biden unveiled his plan to “transform the U.S. economy” with a pandemic relief package of $1.9 trillion in borrowed money. Conservatives and economists have warned this “transformation” could result in dramatic loss of economic opportunity and quality of life for Americans.

The “American Rescue Plan,” proposed by Joe Biden on Thursday, includes $350 billion for state and local government aid, $170 billion for academic institutions, $50 billion for COVID-19 testing and $20 billion toward a national vaccine program. The massive spending bill also allocates enhanced unemployment benefit payments of $400 per week through the end of September as well as a minimum wage increase.

“It is time to raise the minimum wage so hard-working people earn at least $15 an hour minimum,” Biden stated. “No one should work as millions are doing today, 40 hours a week at a job and still live below the poverty line. They are entitled to at least $15 minimum wage per hour.”

While Biden claimed a minimum wage hike would help those in poverty, economic experts argued that increasing the minimum wage, especially during a time with extremely high unemployment rates, could make it harder for low income Americans to find jobs. As a result, putting further strains on state budgets that fund unemployment benefits.

A study by the Congressional Budget Office found that a $15 wage increase would “add to the numbers of people in poverty” by taking many out of work and forcing employers to pay more. A Purdue University study suggested a $15 minimum wage, specifically in the restaurant industry, could lead to higher product prices.

Despite the huge cost and massive fiscal impact, the plan does not focus on creating jobs or setting aside money for building American infrastructure.

In a recent interview, economist Paul Tudor Jones warned that under a Democrat controlled presidency, asset values will eventually decrease, even if a massive stimulus package appears to help things in the first quarter of 2021.

Under President Trump, economic recovery in the last six months has outperformed the expectations of most economists. This was accomplished through reopening businesses, making adjustments to operations and encouraging of employees to work from home.

In a public address, the President warned about dangers of the Joe Biden economic agenda. He said it would cause social security to collapse, coverage for pre-existing conditions would be taken away and Medicare would be given away to illegal immigrants.

“The radical left gained power. They will collapse our economy and send our nation into a depression,” President Trump stated. “Biden will raise your taxes $4 trillion, massively increase your regulations, close down your factories, send your jobs overseas.”

While Biden’s recovery bill offers minimum wage increases and stimulus checks, it appears to have omitted the core request of millions of Americans, to regain the economic freedom they lost to Democrat imposed lockdowns.

A migrant caravan moving from Honduras toward the U.S. border is calling on the incoming Biden administration to honor what it says are "commitments" to the migrants moving north, amid fears of a surge at the border when President-elect Joe Biden enters office.

More than 1,000 Honduran migrants moved into Guatemala on Friday without registering, The Associated Press reported. That is part of a larger caravan that left a Honduran city earlier in the day.

 

Vice President-elect Kamala Harris Tuesday said the Biden administration will take a more "humane" approach to immigration when the president-elect takes office next week.

The incoming administration plans to introduce an immigration reform bill that would grant automatic green cards to immigrants with Temporary Protected Status as well as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients – who were brought to the U.S. as children when their parents crossed the border illegally, Harris told Univision.

The plan would include a path to citizenship for millions living in the U.S. illegally.
