I think we true Americans, those of us who do lover our country and constitution, should take a page here and file a class action lawsuit for hundreds of billions of dollars for endangering and/or killing us with lies and misinformation about COVID 19 and promoting The Big Lie. We truly have been damaged by that and their defamation tried to drag the United States of America down to the level of a shit hole country run by a mad kind dictator.

The $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News is moving forward and the conservative cable giant may be in big trouble.

"The court says Fox knew exactly what it was doing when it defamed Dominion," Bloomberg News columnist Tim O'Brien says, pointing to the outlet's article.

"The court is describing clear evidence of malice. And that’s the ballgame in lawsuits like this."

Bloomberg News reports "Fox News probably had enough information after the 2020 presidential election to know a conspiracy theory claiming Dominion Voting Systems Inc. rigged the contest was false, a judge said in denying the network’s request to dismiss a defamation lawsuit."

The article goes on to note that Delaware state court Judge Eric M. Davis wrote: “Fox possessed countervailing evidence of election fraud from the Department of Justice, election experts, and Dominion at the time it had been making its statements.”

“The fact that, despite this evidence, Fox continued to publish its allegations against Dominion, suggests Fox knew the allegations were probably false.”

It gets worse for Fox News.

The judge rejected the cable network's "contention that statements" by its hosts "were opinion," Deadline adds.

"He wrote that it was 'reasonably conceivable that Fox and its personnel broadcasted mixed opinions that were based on either false or incomplete facts unknown to the reasonable viewer. Many of Fox’s reporters made broad election fraud statements that did not disclose their sources clearly, or clearly connect their statements to the election fraud litigations. Although Fox classifies its reporters’ remarks as commentary’ that used ‘loose and hyperbolic rhetoric’ for entertainment value, even loose and hyperbolic language can be actionable if it rests on false statements of fact undisclosed to viewers.'"

Bret Baier Clarifies CDC Director’s ‘75%’ Comments That Were Reported on Fox: ‘We Have to Get the Numbers Right’
    By Alex GriffingJan 11th, 2022, 3:44 pm
    127 comments

Fox News anchor Bret Baier joined the network’s daytime news show America Reports on Tuesday to help clear up some misinformation regarding Covid-19 statistics that spread on right-wing Twitter as well as Fox News.

Baier, who has been guest hosting Fox News Sunday, noted that he spoke with CDC Director Rochelle Walensky over the weekend and got her to correct one incorrect figure that had been highly publicized in recent days.

Baier noted, “At the beginning of that we got her to say the numbers were not right, that Sonia Sotomayor, Justice Sotomayor was wrong saying 100,000 kids were hospitalized, the number was 3,500 roughly at that time.”

Baier was referencing a false claim Sotomayor made during a Friday hearing on the legality of the Biden administration’s vaccine and testing mandate for large employers.

“It’s not to say that it’s not serious and that kids shouldn’t take it seriously,” Baier added, “but the numbers of seriously ill or dying kids is very small if you look at the big picture.”

Baier continued, clearing up another piece of misinformation going viral.

“Another soundbite out there we should clarify,” he said, “that 75%, she said, Walensky said, 75% of those who died had four co-morbidities, very ill going in. That soundbite is where she is talking about vaccinated people.”

Baier was referring to a clip from a Friday interview on ABC’s Good Morning America, in which the network edited out some context for the soundbite – that Walensky was only referring to a single study of vaccinated people.

The out-of-context soundbite went viral online, with everyone from Donald Trump Jr. to Clay Travis to Ted Cruz tweeting it out under the false assumption that 75% of all Covid deaths involved seriously sick people.

The out-of-context clip was also covered on Fox News. Several shows — including Baier’s Special Report, The Five, Tucker Carlson Tonight and The Ingraham Angle — covered the Walensky comment without context.

“I asked if she knew people who went to the hospital with Covid or for Covid and those who died, could you break that out on Fox News Sunday, and she didn’t have the stats,” Baier added.

“The soundbite was from prior, she was talking about vaccinated people and she had those stats,” again referring to the ABC interview.

“So, listen. We have to get the numbers right, we have to be able to say what it is and after two years the CDC should have those stats,” Baier concluded.

Fox News host forces Glenn Youngkin to admit critical race theory is not 'being taught' in Virginia schools

Fox News host John Roberts forced Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) to admit that critical race theory is not taught in Virginia elementary schools although he insisted that the philosophy is "present."

During an interview on Fox News Sunday, guest host John Roberts noted that Youngkin had kicked off his time in office by signing executive orders that ban the teaching of critical race theory.

"Critics of your position, including former President Obama say, look, critical race theory is not being taught in schools and that this was merely a trumped-up, phony culture war," Roberts said. "What do you say to that? And what does your executive order actually do in terms of critical race theory?"

"Anyone who thinks that the concepts that underpin critical race theory are not in our schools hasn't been in our schools," Youngkin said, speaking from an elementary school. "The curriculum has moved in a very opaque way that has hidden a lot of this from parents. And so we, in fact, are going to increase transparency so that parents can actually see what's being taught in schools."

"We're not going to teach our children to view everything through a lens of race," he said. "Yes, we will teach all history. The good and the bad. Because we can't know where we're going unless we know where we have come from. But to actually teach our children that one group is advantaged and another is disadvantaged simply because of the color of their skin cuts across everything we know to be true."

Youngkin quoted Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. to underscore his point.

    But Roberts pushed back.

"Is it your contention that critical race theory is being taught in Virginia public schools?" the Fox News host pressed.

"There's not a course called critical race theory," Youngkin admitted. "All the principles of critical race theory, the fundamental building blocks of actually accusing one group of being oppressors and another of being oppressed, of actually burdening children today for the sins of the past, for teaching our children to judge one another based on the color of their skin. Yes, that does exist in Virginia schools today. And that's why I have signed the executive orders yesterday to make sure that we get it out of our schools."

"Again, that's the contention of critics," Roberts pointed out, "that there are no courses on critical race theory that are being taught in Virginia public schools."

Mike Lindell Rails Against Fox News For NOT Pushing Baseless Election Fraud Claims: ‘They’re Disgusting’

    By Katherine HugginsJan 15th, 2022, 8:48 pm
    479 comments

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell rebuked Fox News on Saturday for not promoting 2020 election conspiracy theories.

“They won’t talk about anything,” Lindell said. “When was the last time you’ve seen anybody on Fox talk about the 2020 election? You’re not going to see it.”

Speaking at the Save America rally in Florence, AZ, Lindell argued that the biggest problem the crowd faces is “conservative media, the ones that don’t talk.”

“The biggest problem we face, it’s not the media, the fake news media — we’re all onto them — it’s the conservative media, the ones that don’t talk,” Lindell said. “One of them rhymes with Fox. Okay? Disgusting. They’re disgusting.”

Lindell and Fox News both face defamation suits brought by Dominion Voting Systems, and Fox faces an additional suit from Smartmatic. The network has moved to dismiss the Smartmatic suit, a gambit which failed in the Dominion case. Dominion alleges that both Lindell and Fox defamed the company by spreading false claims that they rigged the 2020 election.

Despite the $1.3 billion lawsuit Lindell faces, he continued to push baseless allegations of widespread voter fraud on Saturday, telling the crowd that “we all know what happened and it’s all going to get corrected, and it’s all been on God’s timing.”

“I will promise you this, there’s not going to be any election done with any machines or any computers done in 2022,” he claimed.

A review by the Associated Press found fewer than 475 cases of voter fraud in the six states disputed by former President Donald Trump, and officials in 2020 called it “the most secure in American history.”

During his remarks, Lindell criticized media for “attacking again” in an effort to “deflect.”

“It’s called election deflection,” he said. “And they want to try and silence our voice again. Just yesterday, did you hear what they did to OAN? It’s disgusting.”

Lindell is referring to DirecTV announcing it will drop the rightwing network once its contract expires. The company has not elaborated why.

“They did it for only one reason: to silence that,” Lindell claimed just before tearing into Fox.

On Tuesday, Fox News' Geraldo Rivera took to Twitter to bash Sens. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Roger Marshall (R-KS) over their recent antics during Senate hearings, accusing them of degrading the chamber with their behavior.

"Senate used to be "the world's most deliberative body," wrote Rivera. "Lately, it's been a Bazaar for Bozos. The low-brow, rudeness displayed by senators like Paul and Marshall has remade the Upper Chamber into a Jerry Springer Show."

Paul and Marshall attracted national attention for their attacks on Dr. Anthony Fauci during a hearing, in which Paul baselessly accused him "scheming to quash dissenting views from top scientists," and Marshall demanded to see his financial disclosures without apparently realizing they are public record. Ultimately, the whole exchange aggravated Fauci so much he was caught on hot mic muttering, "what a moron!"

On Thursday, as President Joe Biden was leaving a press event, Fox News White House Correspondent Jacqui Heinrich appeared to ask him why he wasn't preemptively attacking Russia in the standoff over Ukraine.

"Why are you waiting on Putin to make the first move, sir?" she asked.

According to CNN's Natasha Bertrand, Biden muttered "what a stupid question," in response, barely audibly but captured by audio engineers in the room.

It never ceases to amaze me how Fox News viewers never seem to notice when the propagandists change their stories and contradict themselves. They are commanded "Believe what I say when I say it. There is no past. There is no future. Do not believe your lying eyes and ears. Just listen to what I say and obey."

Laura Ingraham Retracts ‘Naïve’ Support for Iraq War: ‘I Finally Saw the Light, Thank Goodness’

Laura Ingraham expressed regret over her support of the Iraq war on Thursday night.

The Fox News host was speaking with Glenn Greenwald about rising tensions in eastern Europe, where Russia has amassed its military on the eastern border of Ukraine. There is concern that Russia could invade the country, just as it did in 2014 and annexed Crimea by force.

A growing bipartisan chorus in Washington has urged President Joe Biden to stand up to Russia by various means to protect Ukrainian sovereignty.

Ingraham said she is wary of the escalating rhetoric.

“Tonight, members of Congress from both parties are telling Fox that they believe Russia is likely to invade Ukraine,” she said. “And I do get the sense that the D.C. beltway, inside-the-beltway crowd is desperate for another U.S. military engagement.”

Greenwald replied, “I think there’s often the assumption that the media is leftist or liberal – and maybe they are – but when it comes to war, they are consistently on the side of militarism, imperialism, and more conflict, going all the way back to 2003 when they liked nothing about George Bush or Dick Cheney, but overwhelmingly – the New York Times, NBC News – were behind the invasion of Iraq.”

He then rattled off several other military interventions he said the media supported.

“Obviously, going to war over Ukraine – even as a proxy war – won’t do anything for the American people, the American worker.” Greenwald continued. “But it kind of elevates the U.S. on this global stage, and I think that’s the ideology of the American media.”

Ingraham responded by acknowledging her own support for the Iraq war.

“Now, I was one of those lured into the naïve ideas about Iraq and even nation-building,” she said. “I finally saw the light, thank goodness.”

    The conversation returned to Ukraine.

Greenwald asked, “The question every American should be asking is, why do I care about the borders of Ukraine enough to risk American treasure when we have so many problems at home?”

“I think if you did a national poll,” responded Ingraham, “it’d be like one percent – I mean, if that – that actually wanted to spend American treasure and potentially lives in Ukraine. You know, as much as we might love the Ukrainian people, this is Europe’s conflict if they want to fight.”

WATCH: Former Fox News anchor explains how network's viewers have been brainwashed

    Meaghan Ellis, AlterNet
    January 28, 2022

    Gretchen Carlson 010714 [YouTube]

Former Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson offered a damning assessment of the network as she explained just how bad its spread of conspiracy theories and misinformation has become.

During an appearance on the CNN segment, "Democracy in Peril," Carlson discussed many aspects of Fox News' critical role in the spread of misinformation and falsehoods. Since former President Donald Trump took office, conspiracy theories have been on the rise and Fox News has become a driving force for it.

Conservative primetime news anchor Tucker Carlson has been at the center of misinformation and the power of his opinion has begun to influence Republican members of Congress.

“This is the result of fake news,” Carlson said. “You know, we're seeing not only the fallout from fake news during the Trump era, but what happened with the insurrection on January 6th. Now it's moving into other areas. Not just news, now it’s hitting science with vaccines, and now it’s into Cold War politics.”

Carlson also touched on another significant topic as she shed light on the actions of her former Fox News colleagues, Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham. While they reportedly sent pleas to the White House for the violence to stop on Jan. 6, they still put up a united front on-air and circulated a completely different narrative about the series of events that unfolded.

“I think the bigger story coming out of that is how disingenuous it was to be sending those texts of warning while then going on the air to the American people and doing a complete injustice and disservice by saying something completely opposite,” Carlson said, “and ginning up this whole reaction that it was just fine and patriotic for people to be there on January 6th.”

She went on to express concern about the journalistic state of her former network since the rise of Trump. Carlson also noted how conspiracy theories have become a fallacious replacement for opinion.

“Slowly but surely, this has morphed into eradicating any other point of view since the Trump era that is not just opinion,” Carlson said. “It's gone from an opinion, which was fine, to completely devolving into non-fact-based conspiracy theories and outright dangerous rhetoric, in my mind, and I think it’s a complete disservice to our country.”

Noting the dangers of biased journalism, Carlson explained how dangerous it is to only get information from one news source. She also stressed how imperative it is for Republican leaders and lawmakers to use their platforms to offer clarity regarding some of the dangerous false narratives perpetuated by Fox News.

“For the safety of the Republican Party and for our democracy, I wish more would, because this is not going to end well, in my mind,” Carlson said. “It's really hard to change people's opinions because they're only watching what they want to hear, you know? And that's the other problem that we have in society with the media right now, is that we're so siloed into only watching what we agree with. And so every day that thought process just gets reinforced time after time.”

Carlson also conceded that conservative media has changed considerably over the last five years as there is no longer a clear line between opinion and conspiracy theory. “Conservative television news is certainly not the conservative news that was out there even just five years ago,” Carlson said, later adding, “There’s a big difference between having a conservative opinion and having one that supports conspiracy theories.”

Fox News could be in big trouble: Dominion's huge defamation lawsuit makes a strong case

    Anthony Dimaggio, Salon
    February 02, 2022

Fox News host Jeanine Pirro (screen grab)
Dominion Voting Systems' lawsuit against Fox News is moving forward, despite the cable juggernaut's efforts to derail it. In mid-December of last year, the Delaware Superior Court ruled that the defamation case against Fox would not be dismissed, despite the channel's request. What's in question is Dominion's allegation that Fox News trafficked in propaganda on behalf of former President Trump, falsely alleging that the election was stolen and that Democratic voters engaged in massive voter fraud. Dominion has also targeted other right-wing media outlets on a similar basis, including Newsmax and One America News, claiming they indulged in a "barrage of lies" against the company by falsely implicating it in participating in voter fraud.

Predictably, Fox News responded to Dominion's allegations by denying any responsibility. The outlet claimed that "Fox News, along with every single news organization across the country, vigorously covered the breaking news surrounding the unprecedented 2020 election, providing full context of every story with in-depth reporting and clear-cut analysis. We remain committed to defending against this baseless lawsuit and its all-out assault on the First Amendment."

Despite the channel's categorical denial of wrongdoing, it's been clear for some time that Fox News engaged in all types of unfounded speculation about election fraud. I document the various ways the outlet did this in my new book, "Rising Fascism in America: It Can Happen Here." For example, in the aftermath of the 2020 election, Fox News host Mark Levin hosted Kenneth Starr, the former special prosecutor who spent years investigating Bill Clinton. Without presenting evidence, Starr accused Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, of engaging in "illegal" and "unconstitutional" acts by counting supposedly fraudulent votes. Lou Dobbs called on Trump to take "drastic action" in relation to the former president's rhetoric about fraud. For Dobbs, that included the Supreme Court reversing the electoral college votes in swing states that cut toward Biden. (Needless to say, an issue well outside the court's, or the president's purview.) Tucker Carlson speculated about voter fraud by claiming that "dead people" voted "in large numbers." Numerous other Fox hosts, including Sean Hannity, Jeanine Pirro and Maria Bartiromo, linked Dominion to similar claims of fraud.

Judge Eric Davis recognized Fox's role in stoking Big Lie election propaganda in the Dominion judgment. Davis reflected in his legal decision that "Fox News and its news personnel continued to report Dominion's purported connection to the election fraud claims without also reporting on Dominion's emails" to the network in response to those claims, which presented compelling evidence to undermine the fraud narrative. Davis wrote: "Given that Fox apparently refused to report contrary evidence, including evidence from the Department of Justice, the Complaint's allegations support the reasonable inference that Fox intended to keep Dominion's side of the story out of the narrative."

Rather than admitting its role in stoking Trump's election propaganda, Fox News has doubled down on its deceptions. Reporting from January revealed that the channel is "seeking access" to a report from Georgia that was included in a separate lawsuit, from "election security expert" J. Alex Halderman, which the channel believes may vindicate its reporting on voter fraud. Halderman claims, after spending three months investigating Georgia voting machines, that "multiple severe security flaws" make them susceptible to third-party actors who might install malicious software. As with all of Fox's election propaganda, the report, if accurate, speaks to speculation about hypothetical voter fraud, with absolutely no evidence that it actually occurred. In other words, Fox is up to its same old tricks in stoking Big Lie propaganda, this time to extricate itself from the Dominion lawsuit.

Dominion is trying to repair its reputation, in order to protect its work in providing voting tabulation systems across more than two dozen states for both in-person and mail-in voting. But what evidence is there that Fox's election coverage had a significant impact on the channel's viewers? Is it realistic for Dominion to claim it has suffered serious reputational damage?

To answer this question, I examined national survey data from the Pew Research Center, which polled Americans on their media consumption habits and beliefs about election fraud in the period just before the November 2020 presidential election. The survey was conducted from Aug. 31 to Sept. 7 of that year, asking Americans about their news consumption habits and which venues they used as "a source of political and election news." The survey also queried respondents about their opinions of alleged voter fraud, asking them: "As far as you know, how big of a problem has voter fraud been when it comes to voting by mail in U.S. presidential elections?"

Using a statistical tool called regression analysis, I'm able to measure whether there is a significant relationship between Fox News consumption and opinions about voter fraud, after accounting for other factors, including respondents' political party identification (Republican, independent or Democratic), ideology (conservative, moderate or liberal), level of formal education, gender, income level, race and age, in addition to looking at other sources people relied on for their information about the 2020 election, including Trump's campaign, social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, print newspapers and news magazines, broadcast news, National Public Radio and The New York Times.

My findings add ammunition to Dominion's claims about the significant role of Fox News in encouraging its viewers to embrace propaganda about voter fraud. Looking at specific media where people got their election information, Fox News viewing, reliance on Trump's campaign and use of social media (compared to print newspapers and magazines) were all significantly associated with a higher likelihood of accepting that voter fraud was a serious concern related to mail-in voting — controlling for all the other variables in my analysis. In contrast, consumption of the New York Times, National Public Radio and CNN were all significantly associated with being less likely to accept claims about mail-in voter fraud.

Diving more deeply into the data, 59 percent of those relying on Fox as a "major" source of news thought that mail-in voter fraud was a "major" problem, compared to 35 percent of those who relied on Fox as a "minor" source of news, and 11 percent of those who said Fox was not a source for their information. In total, 93 percent of Fox viewers believed that mail-in fraud was either a major or minor problem, compared to 74 percent of those relying on Fox as a minor source and only 37 percent of those who said Fox was not a source of information. To put it bluntly, these are really large differences in opinion that can be traced back to Fox consumption.

Since I statistically control for other factors in my analysis, it is not possible to attribute the relationship between Fox consumption and opinions of voter fraud to some other factor, such as partisanship or ideology. One might posit that Republicans and conservatives are disproportionately more likely to watch Fox, and that these individuals are already predisposed to believe Trump's fraud claims. But by taking these variables into account in my analysis, we can safely rule out these alternative scenarios. And since the relationship between Fox consumption and election opinions is statistically significant, it means there is less than a 0.1 percent chance the relationship is simply due to chance. Rather, the data here suggest that watching Fox News, in itself, as well as consuming social media and Trump campaign information, are each strong independent predictors of people's opinions of election fraud.

A sober analysis of this data reveals that Dominion has a serious case against Fox News. Efforts to destroy public trust in the electoral process are nothing to make light of, and Dominion's lawsuit could have serious consequences for Fox and other right-wing outlets. The voting company is suing the channel for $1.6 billion in damages to its professional reputation — a sum that amounts to almost three times the profits Fox makes in a year. The evidence here suggests that Dominion is validated in its response to Fox's propaganda. Based on the data reviewed here, Fox News has played a consistent and serious role in amplifying the Trump administration's propaganda, which threatens to poison the public well by undermining public trust in the state and local institutions of vote counting.

Those institutions have for decades succeeded in tabulating election results without any systemic evidence of voter fraud. If Trump and his media allies are empowered to promote their propaganda without consequence, there are likely to be serious concerns moving into the 2024 election. Republican state legislatures may seek to nullify state majorities that favor a Democratic candidate, citing unverified and baseless speculation about "mass voter fraud" against the Republican candidate. Barring unforeseen circumstances, that candidate is likely to be Donald Trump, considering his iron grip on the Republican Party. Another election involving Trump raises renewed concerns about potentially disastrous effects, as he endlessly beats the drums of paranoia and fear over unproven and improbable "voter fraud." The Dominion lawsuit has a chance to beat back much of this hysteria if Trump is at last deprived of the media partners that have previously enabled him in promoting his Big Lie.

The thing that actually jumps out at me here isn't just how easily Fox News false propaganda is defeated but even more so how stupid and ignorant (two different things) Kayleigh McEnany is and how she constantly proves it. Notice they claim they cannot use the fact 90% truckers are vaccinated means 90% of them are against the protest because some of the protesters are vaccinated. And then Baghdad Barbie jumps in and claims the fact the Gofundme page raised $10 million means they have broad support when that could be 10 rich Americans donating a million dollars apiece. And she can never see how utterly stupid and ignorant that is.

Fox News Guest Shut Down For Pointing Out Most Canadians Are Vaccinated and Most Truckers Oppose Protests

Democratic strategist Laura Fink held her own against an onslaught of differing opinions on Thursday when she called the Canadian trucker convoy a “loud vocal minority” on Fox News’ Outnumbered.

To support her argument, Fink pointed out that 90 percent of the truckers were vaccinated and did not support the protest.

“This is a minority, a loud and vocal minority of truckers that have protested this — they are borrowing a page from the teamster’s playbook. But I would say be very careful. You have to have the public on your side,” Fink warned.

While the show’s cohosts shook their heads and host Harris Faulkner tried to interject, “I am gonna stop you,” Fink continued, saying:

More than 80% of Canadians are vaccinated, similar numbers in the U.S. If you don’t have the public on your side you can’t get away with inconveniencing them, stopping small businesses, and really throwing a wrench in things for your minority opinion and cause. I would say to be successful they better be aware of the public and what the public thinks and what other truckers think.

Recent polling out of Canada would seem to back up Fink’s claim regarding public opinion as a solid majority of Canadians support vaccine mandates across the board.

Faulkner then jumped in saying, “All right, Laura, I don’t want to conflate two things. I have seen think what you’re reading the 90% — the assumption is that if 90% of them are vaccinated, then 90% of them must be against this.”

“Those two things don’t necessarily go together. Some of the people protesting are vaccinated. So they’d be part of that 90%.”

Harris and Fink then spoke over each other and Fink said, “It is a true minority.”

“A small but vocal minority,” Fink doubled down.

Fink was apparently referring to comments in late January from the Canadian Trucking Alliance (CTA), which estimated at the time that only 10 percent of the country’s truckers remain unvaccinated.

The CTA also condemned the protest, saying it “does not support and strongly disapproves of any protests on public roadways, highways, and bridges.

Co-host Kayleigh McEnany then jumped in and pushed Fink for a “data point.” McEnany noted that she is “vaccinated and against the mandates.”

Fink defended her claim by arguing that the Teamsters union, which represents the truckers, is against the protest. She noted that the Teamsters “represent a majority of truckers in Canada and that is a union that has to listen to the workers’ voices.”

The conversation then moved to the recent fundraising campaign on GoFundMe, which McEnany claims is proof of the support the truckers have — given that over $10 million was raised before the campaign was shut down

'That’s not going to happen': Fox segment throws cold water on MAGA’s new plan to jail Hillary Clinton

Lawyer John Durham filed court documents on Friday that are heavy on accusations but thin on evidence. Conservative supporters of President Donald Trump are grasping to a claim that the Office of the Presidency was being spied on for a few weeks when he was in office. According to Durham, however, the "spying" effort on the presidency began in 2014, when former President Barack Obama was in office.

Speaking about the filing, Washington Examiner reporter Byron York revealed there wasn't much "there" there.

'I don't read a lot into this," said York. "But I would say as far as Durham is concerned and a lot of Republicans and especially the strongest Trump supporters, a lot of them have been disappointed in Durham. Frankly, because I think they have expectations that are too high. Some Trump supporters are really not going to be happy unless they saw James Comey or Hillary Clinton led out of a door in handcuffs."

This, he explained, is never going to happen. Nor will Durham find something suddenly that results in President Joe Biden being kicked out of office and Trump reinstated.

Durham was appointed by Trump to investigate former Special Counsel Robert Mueller on Oct. 19, 2020, which is 482 days ago. Robert Mueller's investigation lasted 674 days and resulted in 34 indictments of individuals and three companies. Thus far, Durham has indicted a lawyer who once worked for Democrats. In subsequent filings, including this most recent one, Durham hasn't made any indictments nor has a grand jury.

    Excellent!
The despicables are panicking. They realize their man(woman) has been caught red handed so they're trying to get out in front of it with crap like "thin evidence" (read the court filing) and "spied on for a few weeks" and "Obama was spied on".

Well, we'll wait for the indictments and trials, but this is promising.

Next week I bet she will be blaming President Biden for John Durham making laughing stocks out of their impotent false flag because after all Biden is president.

And actually its her Fox co-host Jesse Watters who is suggesting President Biden invade Canada and save them from dictatorship.

So they need to get their stories straight.

Jeanine Pirro Scolds Biden for Not Stopping Riots in 2020 When He Wasn’t President: ‘Allowed People to Burn Down’ Businesses

Jeanine Pirro thrashed Joe Biden because he “allowed” rioters to wreak havoc across American cities in the summer of 202o.

At the time, Biden was a private citizen who would go on to win the presidency that November. He was sworn into office on January 20, 2021.

On Tuesday’s edition of The Five, Pirro addressed Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s handling of the Canadian trucker protests. Trudeau invoked emergency powers on Monday in an effort to end protestors’ blockades that are snarling traffic in Ottawa and on the Ambassador Bridge. The truckers are protesting Canada’s Covid-19 vaccine mandates and doing so in one of the most annoying ways possible.

Trudeau’s actions come after he spoke with President Joe Biden, who “expressed concern” to him about the bridge blockade and its effect on commerce between the United States and Canada.

“The amazing part of it is, Trudeau is now gonna listen to Biden,” Pirro said. “Biden now as the final word on what he should do if someone is protesting peacefully. Biden – the same guy who, in the summer of 2020 – decided that he would allow people to burn down, you know, streets and businesses and create all kinds of problems and arson and criminal acts and police injured.”

Pirro said Trudeau is “dumb enough to listen to him.” She called the truckers “salt of the earth” and “heroes,” before claiming, “They haven’t done anything.”

She concluded by saying, “I think this is going to get worse before it gets better.”
