Even critics of the Trump family offered well wishes that Donald Trump, Jr. will seek help after a shocking video was released by the former president's son.

Much of the commentary focused on the mental state and/or intoxication of Trump, Jr. as prosecutors in New York City are reportedly close to indicting the Trump Organization.

Civil rights attorney Leo Terrell added that President Biden's 2020 'you ain't Black' comment drove him in-part to vote for Donald Trump.


Newly-uncovered text messages from first son Hunter Biden are another example of the Biden family's history of White privilege and derogatory attitude toward African-Americans, New York Post columnist Miranda Devine said Tuesday on "Hannity."

In damning texts reported by the London Daily Mail, the younger Biden, 51, routinely messaged his $845-per-hour attorney George Mesires references to the N-word.

"How much money do I owe you, because [N-word] you better not be charging me Hennessy rates," Hunter said in one exchange.

In another conversation, Hunter made a joke about his genitals before closing with, "I only love you because you are Black," and "true dat, [N-word]." Mesires is White.

Devine called the texts another example of "Biden privilege" and "White privilege", and told host Sean Hannity that if the messages were written by Donald Trump Jr. or Eric Trump, they would not receive such light coverage as they have thus far.

"It is just Joe Biden and his Teflon coating that he has. And Leo [Terrell] is quite right. This is projection by Joe Biden, projecting his own family's White privilege," said Devine.

"You couldn't get anyone more white privileged than Hunter Biden -- who has had everything handed to him on a silver platter since he was born. His father has made sure that his son has had jobs, has had university, has had clients, foreign clients showering him with millions of dollars. He has had every door opened to him."
Devine added that the elder Biden continues to, in her words, "project his own racism onto the whole of America – he has sullied all of us with his own."

Hannity noted that one of Biden's icons during his time in the Senate was the late Sen. Robert Byrd, D-W.V., who was a Ku Klux Klan recruiter in his youth.

"Joe Biden partnered with a former Klansman who filibustered the Civil Rights Act of '64 and the Voting Rights Act of '65 to stop the integration of school and school-busing, [and said] he didn't want schools to become ‘racial jungles’; Joe's words back in the day," Hannity said. "Then he praised [Byrd] when he died."

In 1977, then-Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., warned that unless there was "orderly integration", "my children are going to grow up in a jungle -- the jungle being a racial jungle with tensions having built so high that it is going to explode at some point."
Terrell, a civil rights attorney and former civics teacher, said he predicted that Democrats writ large will continue their silence over both Bidens' racially insensitive actions.
He recalled that one main reason for him to leave the Democratic Party after decades of support was when the elder Biden remarked to a New York City radio program during the 2020 election that if African-Americans have a difficult time deciding whether to vote for him over Donald Trump, they "ain't Black."
"[H]e needs to look in the mirror," Terrell said in part.

According to Rudy Giuliani, Joe Biden’s FBI is unfairly targeting him for exposing rampant fraud in last year’s elections. During an interview Tuesday, the former Trump attorney said asserted that the FBI is not interested is solving actual crimes.

“It’s having raided my house and found nothing,” he stated. “The only incriminating thing in my house are the Hunter Biden hard drives and they wouldn’t take them.”

Giuliani then suggested Democrats have weaponized federal agencies for the purposes of political persecution of conservatives. He also said Hunter Biden committed crimes in several countries, yet the FBI is giving him a pass.

Meanwhile, the former Trump attorney also said he’s fighting the recent suspension of his law licenses in New York and Washington D.C. in court while asserting those decisions were also motivated by politics. On Wednesday, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals suspended Giuliani’s license pending a disciplinary proceeding in New York.

D.C. Bar records show Giuliani was an inactive member in the district and was “in good standing.” Giuliani is currently contesting the decision to ban him from practicing law while citing his investigations into 2020 election fraud as an issue.

“I believe that the real problem here is somebody’s got to fix this double standard justice system, which is not America anymore,” he stated. “This is a one-sided decision not based on evidence, based on newspapers. They haven’t called a single witness. I can call 100 witnesses to support what I’m saying and I’m ready to do it.”

The lawyer claimed the allegations made against him are purely politically motivated and not based on facts. D.C. may reinstate Giuliani’s license following his litigation against his ban in New York.

I will just point out again that if there was anything illegal on Hunter Biden's alleged lap top, especially child pornography, then surely Bill Barr would have charged him with it. Its not like Hunter and President Biden weren't investigated. Trump had a whole team on it besides the DOJ. And instead of Hunter getting charged it looks like Rudy Giuliani is the one that is going to get indicted.

'Tax-evasion fever': Trump kids' roles in seven family businesses drawing investigator's scrutiny

According to a report from the Daily Beast's Roger Sollenberger, the indictments filed against Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg and the company itself also presented a roadmap investigators may be following as they scrutinize the roles of Ivanka Trump, Don Jr. and Eric Trump.

In particular, seven subsidiary companies are mentioned in the legal filings and it appears all three Trump kids have links to one or more of the companies that may also be involved in tax evasion schemes.

According to the report, "... it's impossible to know what charges are still to come, legal experts say the indictment for Weisselberg last week suggests bigger targets are in line, potentially including the former president's adult children."

In an interview with the Beast, former assistant U.S. attorney Melissa Jampol explained that the companies were listed as a warning shot, stating, "Based on my experience, everything's in there for a reason."

Sollenberger wrote, "Prosecutors say the seven companies, along with unnamed Trump entities, exhibited a pattern of paying 'a substantial portion' of year-end bonuses to Weisselberg and 'other executives' as if they weren't employees, but independent contractors. Prosecutors also claim the companies and executives knew the practice was wrong, and the amounts appear to be substantial. For instance, Weisselberg allegedly broke the law by putting hundreds of thousands of dollars in bonus money in a tax-free pension plan," before adding, "That could spell major trouble for Trump's children, as well as Trump himself, who has already adopted a legal strategy of ignorance of the tax laws."

According to accountant David Sands, "In general, if you work for a company, you get a W2 form for your taxes. Some companies try to skirt that by having a related company say, 'Oh that's not my employee, so give them a 1099 instead.'"

Noting that ducking paying taxes on income provided to the Trump kids "could bring them down," the report goes on to add some particulars that appear to be the subject of further investigations.

"In the indictment for the Trump Organization that came out last week, prosecutors single out seven companies: Wollman Rink Operations LLC, Trump International Golf Club LLC, Mar-a-Lago, Trump Productions LLC, VH Property Corp. (the parent company of Trump National Golf Club in Los Angeles), Trump Las Vegas Development LLC, and Trump CPS LLC," the report states. "While the indictment only names Weisselberg, the 'other executives' mentioned in the indictment could include Trump's children, who held top roles in these organizations—specifically his eldest daughter, former senior White House adviser Ivanka Trump."

Case in point, the report notes Ivanka's attachment to Trump Las Vegas Development LLC, where she was once listed as a vice president.

"According to federal disclosures, that company was established to collect development fees on Trump Ruffin Tower, a combination hotel-condo building in Las Vegas," Sollenberger wrote. "But those disclosures also show the company's underlying value isn't clear, and its income has swung wildly. The business posted no income at all in 2014 and 2015, then hauled $8.1 million in 2016 before reporting no income again in 2017, the year Ivanka left the company. It pulled in a little over $3 million annually for the next two years, then went dormant."

That, Jampol explained, is a red flag for investigators.

"There has to be a real business purpose to the company," Jampol explained. "So what are these entities doing? Are they actually engaging in business, or are they just there to pay compensation some years? You really have to be performing consulting services to qualify as a consultant."

Added Ed McCaffrey, a tax law expert and Robert C. Packard Trustee Chair in Law at the University of Southern California, "Trump businesses don't turn profits. And if a business doesn't show a profit, they may not care about losing those deductions. So instead they're paying these bonuses to employees in a way that they don't have to pay taxes on it."
