A lot I live in the UK a lot of muti national arrange it so they make there profits in Eire or Luxembourg not in the UK.The UK part of the firm buys goods and services from them makes very little profit in the UK because it they charge them so much.

So lets look at where the tax dollars come from, and where they go.
First, Shooter has to once again point out that "payroll taxes" in the top chart; $1.07 TRILLION is social security and medicare payroll taxes. These are dedicated taxes, meaning they can only be spent on Social Security and Medicare. All employees pay 7.65% of their payroll into this fund, and employers match that amount. So, this 15.3% of payroll translates into over $2 TRILLION in spending on the bottom chart, $1,246.6 Billion for Social Security, unemployment and labor and $985.7 Billion for Medicare and health.

See the problem? Almost $1 TRILLION is deficit, and it's been this way since we got Obamacare.

Now, the rest of the revenue, roughly $1.5 TRILLION pays for the $600 Billion or so rest of the budget.
Oh, and all of this is "mandatory spending" which means, takes an act of Congress in concert with God to change it. The actual Federal budget is just over $4 TRILLION, with most of the "discretionary spending" going to defense and stuff. Really. Stuff.

Here's the point. Most of the deficit and most of the debt, is directly attributable to the explosion in health care costs since we got Obama care.
What we can count on when government gets involved;
The cost will go up.
The service will deteriorate.

So, if we're gonna fix the budget mess, couple of thoughts;
First, that $12 TRILLION biden/harris and the DNC want to spend just doesn't make any sense.
None at all.
Second, if we're ever gonna get to a balanced budget and pay off the $30 TRILLION debt, gotta talk about health care and all that shit.
No way to avoid it. That's where the hemorrhaging is.
Third, if we're gonna raise taxes (and we will. We have to) then before we gouge the "rich" and corporations, every American should be paying some tax. Everyone has to have skin in the game if this will ever get fixed.
Fourth, gotta get rid of the liars figure thing. Facts are facts. They never lie, but bad actors use "facts" to get their way.
It's how we got Obamacare.
