MAGA rioter grovels before judge after getting caught making a mockery of court's mask mandate

    Indicted MAGA rioter Rachel Powell
Indicted MAGA rioter Rachel Powell has formally apologized to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia after making a mockery of its face mask order.

A filing made by Powell's attorneys on Monday claimed that the pro-Trump rioter "wishes to apologize to this Honorable Court, and to Pre-Trial Services, for her poor choice and her unwise conduct" when it came to following the court's mask mandate.

As a condition of Powell's pretrial release, Chief Judge Beryl Howell ordered her to wear a mask at all times when leaving her home.

However, earlier this month she was caught on camera in a bookstore wearing a hole-ridden "mesh" mask that public health experts agree would do nothing to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus.

Powell's attorneys argued that it wasn't their client's intention to mock the court's order and was instead following the example of singer Lana Del Rey, who wore a similarly porous mask during a public book signing event.

"While clearly unwise, the creation and use of the mask at issue was not designed to mock the Court or its release condition," the attorneys write.

U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth last week slammed Powell for defying the court's order and he wrote that "no reasonable person could think that defendant's 'mask' complied with that condition... imposed to ensure that defendant 'would not pose a risk to the health and safety of the community when she left her house.'"

Amanda Chase, the Republican frontrunner in the party's nominating contest for governor of Virginia, has surrounded herself with armed volunteers and extremists bent on upending democracy since at least January 2020, when she joined a Second Amendment rally in Richmond that drew thousands of people wielding high-powered rifles.

Capitol rioter couldn't fool Feds by restoring iPhone factory settings

    Department of Justice.
Jeffrey Register was arrested by the FBI Tuesday after discovering that the feds understand technology much better than he does.

Register, 38, of Fernandina Beach FL, surrendered himself to face trespassing and disorderly conduct charges in connection with the January 6 Capitol riot. Register had initially denied he was there when interviewed February 24 by an FBI agent.

But when confronted with photographic evidence, Register "admitted that he deleted photographs from his phone and claimed to have 'factory reset' his cellphone in order to, in his words, delete what might be proof that he entered the building," according to the FBI complaint.

It turns out the denial strategy was no match for the FBI's rather chilling ability to track suspects, as laid out in the complaint:

"According to records obtained through a search warrant served on Google LLC, a mobile device associated with *******[email protected] was present at the U.S. Capitol on January 6. The name associated with that account, according to Google, is Jeffrey Register and the account's recovery phone number is ….

"Google estimates device location using sources including GPS data and information about nearby Wi-Fi access points and Bluetooth beacons. This location data varies in its accuracy, depending on the source(s) of the data. As a result, Google assigns a "maps display radius" for each location data point. Thus, where Google estimates that its location data is accurate to within 10 meters to the location data point.

"Finally, Google reports that its "maps, display, radius" reflects the actual location of the device 68% of the time. In this case, Google location data shows that (Register's device was in the Capitol) "from approximately 2:17 p.m. until 4:38 p.m. Google records show that the "maps, display" radius for this location data was less than 100 feet, which encompasses an area that is entirely within the U.S. Capitol building. "

So there was that. And in turn, the FBI found an open-source video on youtube.com, state motor vehicle records, Register's D.C. hotel-room records and parking pass and more. All made possible by the initial Google location services.

The video showed "Register running past U.S. Capitol Police officers who are attempting to hold back the crowd," the report states. The agent adds, "Throughout the duration of the video, I identified Register based on his facial features, his distinctive facial hair and the lettering and image on the back of his sweatshirt.

The sweatshirt displays a military-style rifle superimposed over an American flag above the words "God, Guns and Trump."

You can view the FBI complaint here.

Trump supporter convicted of making death threats against politicians after Capitol riot: report

This undated video frame grab image obtained April 28, 2021, courtesy of US attorneys, shows Brendan Hunt, 37, as he appears in a screenshot of a video he posted (AFP)

On Wednesday, The Washington Post reported that a New York Trump supporter has been convicted in a case stemming from his threats to kill prominent Democrats in the days after the January 6 invasion of the U.S. Capitol.

Brendan Hunt's conviction took place after the jury deliberated for just three hours, according to the report.

"It took the jury in his case about three hours to reach a verdict, finding that comments Hunt made in a disturbing video posted online two days after the U.S. Capitol riot amounted to a genuine threat to murder elected officials in Washington," wrote Shayna Jacobs. "Hunt, 37, was charged with one count of making a threat to assault and murder a United States official. He was arrested Jan. 19, a day before President Biden's inauguration, after the FBI received a tip about his video, titled 'KILL YOUR SENATORS: Slaughter them all.' The clip had been posted on BitChute, a hosting site popular with far-right conservatives, after the deadly riot in Washington."

A previous report indicated that Hunt is a neo-Nazi extremist who, in private messages, fantasized about Trump "overrid[ing] the democratic process and becom[ing] the absolute leader" just like Adolf Hitler did in Germany. The trial was seen by some experts as a new test on the limits of freedom of speech.

Hunt faces up to 10 years in prison.

Barnard Prof. sparks outrage with calls to ‘gas,’ ‘explode’ white people

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 5:30 PM PT – Wednesday, April 28, 2021

Barnard College of Columbia University in New York has come under fire after one of its professors spoke about “blowing up” and “gassing” white people in what he called a possible “race war.”

In his recent book, English & Film Studies Assistant Professor Ben Philippe wrote that he would gather “white people” for a meeting of “healing unity” and then stage an explosion as well as a chemical attack against them.

The author claimed, free speech allowed him to make such remarks.

“Actually fun fact, that section used to be so much longer, so, thank you to my editor for condensing it,” Phillipe said. “I went into this advanced world building of what that race war could look like. And they were just like, ‘no maybe just half a page.'”

Philippe went on to say, he was just “trying to take the state of the world to its logical conclusion.”

“If we all have to exist in this common land together and we can’t get along and we can’t heal, if it’s always gonna be: Us versus them — define the ‘us,’ [and] define the ‘them’ however you want,” Phillipe claimed. “Then, I was wrestling the question that: Isn’t the end result just all-out warfare? Like, ‘Game of Thrones’ style warfare?”

The English & Film Studies instructor added, the section was disturbing to write because he is “not a violent person” and he “loves all of” his white friends.

However, an excerpt from his book reads: “I’ll smile as we raise glasses to your good, white health while the detonator blinks under the table, knowing the exits are locked and the air vents fill with gas.”

Barnard College is now facing calls to hold Philippe accountable for unethical behavior, which includes his calls for racially motivated violence.

      The new normal for "free speech" under a despicable administration;
Free Speech is jealously guarded if you are a despicable speaking of racist violence against whites.
Free Speech does not apply if you are a deplorable and anonymously donate $25 to a protester charged in the death of a rioter.

Infamous Charlottesville white nationalist booted from the National Guard

The white nationalist who became the viral face of the "Unite The Right" rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, was quickly ushered out of the military before basic training.

Peter Cytanovic, whose angry face was captured in an infamous photograph from the 2017 rally, was expelled from the Nevada National Guard in December after his extremist ties came to light through a Defense Department background check, reported the Huffington Post.

"The Nevada National Guard does not tolerate racist, extremist ideology," said Lt. Col. Mickey Kirschenbaum in a statement. "The Nevada National Guard took action immediately after discovering Mr. Cytanovic's affiliations."

The 24-year-old Cytanovic described himself on LinkedIn as a "U.S. Officer Candidate at US Army," but his stint in the armed forces lasted a little over a year and ended due to his affiliations with extremist groups, which is forbidden by military regulations.

"Initial criminal and fingerprint checks found no record that would deny enlistment," Kirschenbaum said.

Cytanovic entered the Nevada National Guard in November 2019 as a Specialist E-4, the highest rank available to junior enlisted recruits, because he had a four-year degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and he began monthly drills to prepare for Army Basic Combat Training.

However, a background check revealed the FBI had opened an investigation into his participation in the Charlottesville rally that resulted in one death and 19 injuries, and he was unable to obtain a security clearance and was ejected.

Tires slashed as vandals target supporters of Black Lives Matter: report

    KCRA-TV
Vandals slashed tires outside homes in a California neighborhood displaying Black Lives Matter signs.

One victim found the damage Tuesday morning in the Elmhurst neighborhood of Sacramento, and he suspects the vandalism is linked to the signs in their yards, reported KCRA-TV.

"I came out, and I'm getting ready to put my tools in my car, and I go to unlock it and I feel like I'm a little taller than my car," said victim Jason Dillard. "I don't have enemies. I'm a stand-up guy and I'm a good person."

At least three other residents have had their tires slashed since the start of this year, and all of them had Black Lives Matter signs outside their homes.

"It's not just me that it's happened to," Dillard said. "Other people that have the Black Lives Matter signs."

Police confirmed they're investigating the matter but declined to say how many cases had been reported.

"A detective has been assigned to determine if there is any connection between these vandalisms," police said in a statement. "The Sacramento Police Department urges the community to report any suspicious activities in the area."

Well, Seattle falls to the mob, let blm/antifa have Seattle, and the Federal govt should pay for hotel rooms for law abiding citizens to get the hell out of the future shithole city.....like Biden is doing for migrants leaving their shithole city's.

Seattle Police Department losing officers at 'record pace' amid budget uncertainty, lack of support: officials
66 officers had left SPD so far this year, union president says

Seattle Police Department (SPD) officers are leaving the job at a "record pace" -- with at least 249 people leaving over the past year alone -- as statistics show manpower has been declining in recent years, according to union and city officials.

SPD boasted a police force of 1,276 uniformed members at the end of February 2020, but staffing levels dropped by 249 people to 1,027 by the end of February 2021, according to the most recent department statistics available to Fox News.

"Morale is not good, and that's because we don't have the political support from our elected officials," Seattle Police Officers Guild President Mike Solan told Fox News. "And as we're seeing officers flee this area, it's a direct result of that lack of political support."

    Seattle is not alone.

NYPD experiences mass exodus of police officers, with 75% spike in departures and retirements

Officers are deciding to leave the New York Police Department in record numbers as anti-police sentiment soars across the country as a result of high-profile accusations of police brutality.

In 2020, more than 5,300 New York police officers retired or quit their positions, a 75% increase from the previous year, amid a global pandemic, an increase in violent crimes, and growing anti-cop sentiments, according to the New York Post.

“Cops are forming a conga line down at the pension section, and I don’t blame them,” said Joseph Giacalone, a retired NYPD sergeant and an adjunct professor at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

“NYPD cops are looking for better jobs with other departments or even embarking on new careers,” he added.

“Now the NYPD is spending money on slick recruiting ads to replace the experienced cops who are leaving in droves. City Hall should just admit the truth: police abolition-through-attrition is their goal. They won’t stop until the job has become completely unbearable, and they’re getting closer to that goal with every passing day,” Lynch added.

An NYPD spokesperson confirmed there has been “a surge in the number of officers filing for retirement.”

Trump supporter reveals Northern Calif. Antifa hit list

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 9:25 AM PT – Saturday, May 1, 2021

A Northern California chapter of Antifa got their plans foiled by a loyal supporter of President Trump. On Thursday, the Trump supporter revealed documents, messages and recordings he accessed by infiltrating a far-left Antifa group in Sonoma County.

The leader of the Antifa chapter is said to be a 25-year-old college student who was arrested in 2020 for assaulting a police officer. Furthermore, another member made shocking comments when discussing a potential Saturday, May 1 “May day” protest.

“It’s May day baby, it’s May day,” the leader, dubbed Marb, said during a meeting. “Come out and take something over with us. Let’s kill people!”

“Let’s kill people! Let’s kill some cops,” another member laughed along.

The Trump supporter gained access to the group called “Sonoma County Radical Action,” which communicated through the encrypted messaging platform, Wickr, by expressing that he agreed with their opinions.

Police have suspected the group of being responsible for crimes that have taken place in the area. Four days after former Santa Rosa Police Officer Barry Brodd defended Derek Chauvin in the George Floyd trial, four masked people threw a severed pig head and pig blood on his old home. Shortly after, a hand statue in Sonoma County was covered in pig blood with a sign that read: “Oink, oink.”

The Trump supporter also uncovered a target list created by the group, which contained the head of the Deputy Sheriff’s Union as well as Sandy Metzger, a Trump supporter and the head of Santa Rosa Republican Women Federated.

“It felt like Antifa was getting sort of a pass all the time from government, saying they don’t exist, [and] saying they’re a myth,” the anonymous infiltrator said. “[And] saying that they’re just an idea, when obviously they are very real and they are a big threat.”
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lets see what becomes of these threats from these radical terrorists that the leftist hack fuck politicians endorse.....

Former Black Lives Matter movement leader arrested after allegedly interfering in homicide investigation

A one-time Black Lives Matter movement leader in Iowa City was arrested after allegedly lying to authorities about a killing that took place in his apartment.

Mazin M. Mohamedali, 20, was arrested Saturday and faces one count of accessory after the fact.

Police reported that Mohamedali, who previously identified himself as a leader of a racial justice group called the Iowa Freedom Riders leader, knew that 19-year-old Quincy Russom had been killed in his Iowa apartment on Feb. 12 during a suspected robbery but waited to call 911.

Police also said that he gave false descriptions of people involved with Russom’s death, lied during questioning, and withheld information that would have more quickly led them to the suspect behind the killing, Sammy Hamed.

A criminal complaint also asserted that Mohamedali deleted his call history and Snapchat from his phone.

Mohamedali had been arrested earlier this year after the killing after police executed a search warrant for his apartment and found dozens of ecstasy pills and 56.13 grams of marijuana. He is expected to face trial on those chargeson Aug. 24.

He was also arrested last summer during a Black Lives Matter protest where rioters tore down a $5,000 fence protecting the Old Capitol Museum in Iowa City. He faced six charges from the riot but pleaded guilty to one simple misdemeanor.

The alternative to adequate funding of the police is not more social workers; it is more privately owned guns and vigilante organizations.

    Quick question for all those who would have social workers respond to some calls now handled by police;
Care to decide who will decide what requires a police presence, and what can be handled by an unarmed social worker?

    And a thought for your consideration;
Instead of trying to create another organization that would respond to "non police" calls, how about training police better in how to deal with some of those "non police" calls?

The city of Lakewood, Colorado was incorporated in 1970. They were the testing ground for many of the reforms in law enforcement that were recommended during the Johnson administration. These included police having college educations, wearing blue blazers rather than a uniform, and they had "community service officers" who were intended to handle non criminal matters, like non injury traffic accidents, barking dogs, zoning violations, weed complaints, etc.

The position was moved out of the police department in only a few years and it became a code enforcement position dealing only with code violations, not police matters. The police department handles the "non police" calls now, just as in most other departments.
The conclusion was that having unarmed "officers" that even remotely looked or acted like cops was a recipe to get people killed.
