It isn't a requirement (yet) for candidates to disclose any financial dealing or their taxes. It has only been custom for a candidate to be candid with the people he wants to vote for him.

And as far as Covid, their strategy was to allow the states to handle things, and when the more populous states (ie Democrat states) failed, he could blame everything on the governor's. Besides, didn't Jarrod say that it isn't the job of the federal government to take care of the people?

Yes at midnight on election night tRump was ahead of the voting.....but the vote counting doesn't stop at midnight, it continues until all votes are counted.

It's absolutely ridiculous that someone has to explain it to you.......they first count the votes cast on election day and then they count pre-election day votes, and absentee votes and mail in votes.
This can take days depending on how close the vote is.

Trump was never a "shoe in" But historically, it is hard to defeat a sitting president. Most presidents win a second term. I remember repukes were convinced Obama was going to be a one term president. But Trump's gross mishandling of the Covid pandemic sunk his presidency.
