They're the primary reason so many vids on xnxx are 3-5 minute clips. It's all just an ad for you to go to their website and sign up for the content. You really have to dig these days to find full scenes or movies on xnxx. If you do manage to find some genuine amateur content the quality is often crap. The sort of pseudo amateur stuff, a couple producing their own content for example, are getting in on the act and a lot of them are shifting over to things like OF. There will always be free porn available, but I think the sort of free-for-all, wild west nature of the whole thing is coming to an end. If you want quality content with good production and the hottest actors, you're going to need to start using the pay sites, which won't have the issues Porn Hub has been having the last year or so.

 

agreed, Pornhub should fight these suits. They gave up WAY to easy at 1st hit. They really were kings of PMV content and all others... they wiped out my entire collection overnight... really pissed me off. this sites looking good tho for a replacement

I used to have a page on pornhub with videos and audios and pics and then they changed their format. So I don’t go there anymore. But I’m not surprised they’re being sued. Anyone can screenshot a picture and post it anywhere they want.

 

And yet it would be so easy to remedy if their business model wasn't based around this content.

Require everyone in a video to verify themselves before you allow the video to be uploaded. Sorted.
That's what the studios do.
Right now the site only requires the person uploading to verify, even if that person doesn't appear in the video - completely useless in the fight against non-consensual videos being uploaded.

They also have a poor record at deleting videos when asked, forcing the person asking to jump through hoops to prove they are the person in the video and frequently just moving content to another site rather than taking it down.

I too had a PH acct and really enjoyed that site but since I wasn't a model for them, my acct got deleted. I was verified & everything, but bc I wasn't bringing any $$$ to their site, I couldn't log in anymore!

well I personally would be happy to join a class-action lawsuit against these 'outside' attacks.

(How does xnxx protect itself from such lawsuits) they apparently have 'good' lawyers that understand 'law' and the 1st amendment, pornhubs lawyers saw the complaints, heard that 'possibly' MasterCard and Visa were going to 'stop' authorizing the use of their cards for transactions is what really scared them.

 

Pornhub is not in any danger and neither is any other porn site. Any website that hosts material uploaded by the public is protected if they follow the applicable laws. Mainly, they have to have a procedure for removing copyrighted material and deleting the account of repeat offenders.

If Pornhub removed the woman's video, there's not much more she can get by taking them to court. She may have a case against the person who uploaded the video, but it may have passed through a dozen other people before they got it. In the meantime, she'll have to explain how the video was made and what measures she took to keep it private.

If she lives in a state with a "revenge porn" law, that's another lawyer's fee.

If her ultimate goal is to reduce the number of people who see her sex video, it's way too late for that.
