Documents Prove the Biden Administration Is Subjecting Migrant Children to Sexual Abuse

Earlier this year, reports brought to light the treatment of unaccompanied minors being held by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The establishment media largely ignored the revelations, but now, it appears there are other developments further describing the horrific treatment that many of these children have endured.


The New York Post reported:

Documents from an office in the Department of Health and Human Services reveal 33 instances of sexual abuse against unaccompanied illegal immigrant children stopped at the US border, according to a report.

The documents obtained from the Office of Refugee Resettlement show the sexual abuse happened between Jan. 21 and Feb. 25, right after President Biden took office and began reversing or ending many of his predecessor’s immigration policies.

The documents were released after watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act claim asking for information regarding sexual abuse against migrant children. In a statement released to Fox News, Tom Fitton, the organization’s president, said:

These documents show that not only are there shocking reports of sexual abuse occurring in shelters for unaccompanied children, but that there is violence among the UACs themselves.

Fox News noted that “ten of the instances recorded involved both ‘staff’ and ‘non-staff’ sexually abusing unaccompanied children while 21 of the sexual abuse instances were between minors.”

The report also pointed out that the abuse was not confined to a particular location but was “widespread across the country in shelters housing migrant children.”

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott demanded that President Joe Biden close the detention center in San Antonio after sexual assault allegations surfaced in April. He said:

In short, this facility is a health and safety nightmare. The Biden administration is now presiding over the abuse of children.

In June, BBC News reported that not only were children being subjected to substandard living conditions and unsafe food, they were also being sexually abused. These reports were instrumental in further bringing the abuse to light.

So far, major left-leaning media activist outlets have not reported on the new revelations uncovered by Judicial Watch. It is unlikely that many of these organizations will bother to let their audiences know about what is happening to these children despite pretending to care about their plight under the Trump administration.

As the Biden administration continues to bungle the border crisis, more children are likely to be harmed. Indeed, if this particular report found 33 instances of abuse, how many have gone unreported? How much worse will this problem get? Even more importantly, how much longer will the media be able to get away with keeping these issues hidden?

Unfortunately, politics is more of a priority to the activist media than even the sexual abuse of children. They are willing to turn their faces away and pretend these things are not happening instead of informing the American public about what is happening in many of these detention centers. This is not only immoral; it is evil.

 

White House: 400 wealthiest families paid average tax rate of 8.2 percent

The White House released an analysis on Thursday estimating that the 400 wealthiest American families paid an average federal income tax rate of only 8.2 percent on $1.8 trillion of income from 2010 to 2018.

"Two factors that contribute to this low estimated tax rate include low tax rates on the capital gains and dividends that are taxed, and wealthy families’ ability to permanently avoid paying tax on investment gains that are excluded from taxable income," the report said.

The analysis, which was authored by economists from the White House Council of Economic Advisers and the Office of Management and Budget, comes as Democrats in Congress are working on a tax-and-spending package that would advance much of President Biden's agenda. Biden has proposed a number of tax increases on the wealthy and corporations in order to pay for his spending priorities in areas such as health care and child care, and he is seeking to prevent moderate congressional Democrats from scaling back these proposals.

The White House analysis is based on IRS statistics, the Federal Reserve's Survey of Consumer Finances and Forbes magazine estimates about the 400 wealthiest Americans.

The White House noted that its estimate of the tax rate for the wealthiest households is "much lower" than other groups' estimates of top income tax rates. The administration's takes into account income from unrealized capital gains, which is not typically included in this type of analysis.

The report highlighted Biden's proposals to raise the top capital gains rate and end the "stepped-up basis" tax preference that benefits heirs as ways to address the fact that wealthy Americans pay a low tax rate.

Legislation approved by the House Ways and Means Committee earlier this month included a smaller capital gains increase than Biden had proposed and does not repeal stepped-up basis. But Senate Democrats are expected to offer their own ideas for how to pay for the spending package, and Finance Committee Chairman Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) has indicated that he wants to prevent billionaires and their heirs from avoiding taxes on stock gains.

Wyden said in a statement Thursday that "the White House’s new report is shocking but not surprising."

2 years ago stumbler was twirling and peeing about the plight of ILLEGAL ILLEGAL unacompanied migrants and the abuse they were suffering at trumps direction.

Now, when the subject is raised stumbler dare not use the same standards or outrage, cause biden/harris, so he pivots and claims the rich aren't paying their fair share. You know, of taxes.

Anyone happen to know what 8.2% of 1.8 TRILLION might be?

No matter. Gotta give the old reprobate credit, that was an impressive diversion attempt to, you know, cut his idol some slack.

President Biden was just on TV giving a press conference and taking questions from the press. And the questions included everything from the Afghan withdrawal to COVID and his build back better agenda. And treasonous conservative/Republicans are just laughable trying to claim President Biden has mental problems. The press were circling like sharks still pissed off over the way he deals with them and the questions were incredibly tough. And President Biden fielded the questions like a champ with just honest and easy to understand answers.

I was just very proud of him including President Biden admitting to some mistakes especially with the Afghan withdrawal. Saying there are lots of things we could have and should have done better. But going back to the bigger picture we are now out of a futile war that was costing us $300,000,000 a day.

Biden vows to punish Border Patrol struggling to contain migrant crisis: 'Those people will pay'




President Biden on Friday issued a stern warning to Border Patrol agents seen this week chasing migrants on horseback, vowing, "those people will pay," amid an ongoing investigation into the images which some Democrats have claimed showed agents whipping migrants.

The president said Border Patrol agents were victimizing migrants: "Horses run them over, people being strapped." However, critics have pointed out the agents were holding onto reins to control the horses, not whips or straps for migrants.

"Of course I take responsibility," Biden said. "I’m president, but it was horrible what you saw."



"To see people treated like they did, horses barely running over, people being strapped — it’s outrageous," Biden said. "I promise you, those people will pay. There will be an investigation underway now and there will be consequences. There will be consequences."

He added that it is "an embarrassment, but beyond an embarrassment, it’s dangerous."

"It’s wrong," he said. "It sends the wrong message around the world. It sends the wrong message at home."

He added: "It’s simply not who we are."

On Thursday, the Biden administration announced it was prohibiting Border Patrol agents from using horses in the Del Rio sector as the investigation proceeded. A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson said in a statement: "We have ceased the use of the horse patrol in Del Rio temporarily. We'll prioritize other methods for identifying individuals who might be in medical distress."

In fact, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and Border Patrol chief Raul Ortiz had debunked the claims Monday, noting agents were wielding long reins to control their horses in difficult riverines.

Other Border Patrol sources have noted that agents will spin or twirl their reins in order to move the horse forward as a signal to the horse. So far no images have been presented of migrants being hit by the reins.

However, as the White House condemned the images, by Tuesday Mayorkas had changed his stance.

"I was horrified by what I saw," Mayorkas told CNN. "I'm going to let the investigation run its course. But the pictures that I observed troubled me profoundly. That defies all of the values that we seek to instill in our people."


On Tuesday, Vice President Kamala Harris said she supported an investigation and was "deeply troubled" by the allegations.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., decried "images of inhumane treatment of Haitian migrants by Border Patrol—including the use of whips."

The agents involved have since been moved to administrative duty.

The narrative that the agents used "whips" has continued to gather steam among activists and left-wing Democrats, who have then infused a racial narrative into the encounters involving Haitian migrants.

"What we witnessed takes us back hundreds of years," Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., said this week. "What we witnessed was worse than what we witnessed in slavery … cowboys with their reins, again, whipping Black people."

"This is insane. The agents did nothing wrong," one agent responded to Fox News.


Meanwhile, former acting CBP Commissioner Mark Morgan tore into Mayorkas, accusing of throwing agents "under the bus."

"It's reckless, it's irresponsible, it’s unconscionable and this guy has got to go," he told Fox News. "He continues to lie to the American people about the basic pieces of information he should know, he lies about why he doesn't have it, and now he’s absolutely lost the respect of every single Border Patrol agent under his charge because of what he’s done."

 

President Biden has determined he will not invoke executive privilege on the Trump records sought be the January 6th commission. And that is the ballgame. Only sitting presidents can claim executive privilege. It does not apply to ex presidents.
