When you post a story is it visible to others straight away? What's the little set of glasses in the corner of the post mean? Cheers

 

Hi everyone, I've been reading these stories for a while and I finally decided to join. I'm working on a few story ideas at the moment, so hopefully I'll be able to offer something of my own to this community that's already provided me plenty of entertainment.

I‘m a fairly new writer. I published my first story here a year ago, but never found the time to write a follow up.
Got to say, that English is my second language so there were some pretty bad mistakes in my first story that made it almost unreadable.
A few weeks ago I began to write again. I‘m proud of what came out of it so far but I found that people don‘t really comment on my story’s.
I would really appreciate some feedback especially how ‚Change of heart‘ holds up against ‚sweet revenge‘

Parts 1 and 2 of Naked Day got mostly positive reactions on sexstories.com and a couple of thumbs up here but not comments to let me know what people liked and where it was lacking.

I’m going to add part 3 to the stories thread today. And help is appreciated.

 

How long does it take on sexstories.com for submitted stories to get published? Is there any restriction on number per day? It seems that it took at least a day for the first couple and now longer for the third. Maybe because I'm new?

Sorry, if I've asked some of this before, I've had some posts not go through as I hit daily limits.

 

Once I started I can't stop. I'm writing this Naked Day story way faster than I can post them. I've got 5 posted here in the thread, two on sexstories, with one pending.

Some of these are going longer, barely made the limit. I go off on tangents, have ones that are more tittilation than sex. I think I have another 10 chapters done. I'm actually interested in these characters even though I put them into all kinds of situations. Is that weird?'

Hell, I'm even doing research (OK quick google searches), fuck, who knew you could pay THAT much for lingerie. And talk about making shit up. Writing about stuff I know nothing about.

Add this to "how to pass time during Covid isolation.

I'll pick up the posting pace once I'm not limited. Maybe in a few days....

 

Sorry, I should be posting more, since I'm no longer restricted, but I've become a bit obsessed writing Naked Day chapters. I think I have 19 written, but only about 6 posted here.

I used to see people on sexstories with these many part stories and think Why? Now that I've start I just keep going, thinking of the next series of adventures.

 

So who is reading my Naked Day chapters each day? Or are you waiting to binge read if ever completed?

Yes, we do. But like you said, kind of late to the party. I haven't read any of your material on sexstories but I'll look out for it.

I've posted a couple of true stories on the Hot Porn page, Stacey, Kayleigh and Chloe (Chloe is still awaiting approval) if anyone has any critiques please leave a comment so I know what to change, Obviously the events I can't change but typos, wrong use of grammar, writing style ect ect. Any help is much appreciated.

 

Hi, I’m a new writer here myself. I just went over and read Stacey.
I’ll read the others later. Good story. It keeps the readers interest, has enough detail to be realistic. The story moves forward kept me reading. A definite sense of observing a real event.

Slight criticisms. A couple of typos or wrong words (not the different British spellings). Also some may want more detail on Stacey’s appearance.

Overall a hot story and I will read more of yours.

One other suggestion. You may want to post your stories as threads on this forum. I don't know who reads where, I see some crazy high view numbers on Hot Porn (I can't imagine that many are reading but what do I know) but posting here may give exposure to the forum members who may not notice you there with the high number of posts. It's also easier to comment and discuss here. At least that's what
has worked for me these past weeks.

 

Do they use a bot to check these stories out before releasing them on sexstories? I mean seriously I've seen blatant under age stuff get posted. (The title alone sometimes gives the whole damn thing away). I just reworked a few chapters, mostly punctuation, and two of them were refused. The reason, underage, one for this line, 'One day the therapies took. My mom got pregnant and seven and a half months later, I was born', and the other for this line, "Yeah, I think they started it when I was eight then reworked it as I got older." (in reference to 'a legal document') In what world do either of those two lines even hint at sexual activity.

 

I've found that my stories will generally be expidited a lot faster if I take the effort to be a little more descriptive of my characters and avoid using their age altogether. These guys proofread a LOT of stories, and I have no doubt that the entire second half of most of them are just skimmed over. I can see a line like, "Yeah, I think they started it when I was eight then reworked it as I got older." getting a story disqualified because the only part of the sentence the proofreader caught was, "When I was eight". A better line might be, Yeah, I think they started it before I was even in high school, then reworked it as I grew older."
