My Drs, and there all like this ...I call to get a refill, make an appt, pay a bill, the phones always go to an answering machine then I have to wait for them to call back,
I dont want to miss the call, cant take a shower until they call back, cant go out because I wont have my payment info, cant take a nap, cant go to the bathroom the phone might ring in the middle of things,
Basically, once I initiate contact with Drs, I am a prisoner until the release me with a call back, does that piss me off....
I've left messages that either left them thinking I was crazy or a maniac...I'm still a patient, I assume, they assume the former, the latter will get me arrested

I don't know what it is, but that sentence from strangers often makes me angry. The only proper responses are saying fine or good. But that does not really say much, and feels like a forced lie that everyone says.
Why do people ask strangers how are you?
I don't really know how I am, most likely I am somewhat ok. Telling strangers personal details why its not fine or good seems weird, so just saying good seems safest.
Why not ask about how is your day or something more specific..
