Putting this in my own words, I will say that you should be a good listener, and avoid saying very much to people you do not know very well, people who have power over you, or both. Respond to what they say, but be careful about expressing opinions they might not share.

you choose a root word with a capital letter at the beginning of some thing you like followed by underscore
you addd as a prefix the name of the site with a capital letter at the beginning
you put a special sign like + between
you finish with your prefered number
i.e.
Xnxx+Myself_01
Hotmail+Myself_01
Sitexyz+Myself_01
