You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

Public Hearings in Michigan, Arizona Shed Light on Election Irregularities

Public hearings conducted in Arizona and Michigan this week have shed light on a barrage of election irregularities, as Republican lawmakers in some states prepare to ramp up action disputing this year’s election results.

Two hearings took place this week: one by the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee on Dec. 1 and another on Nov. 30 by select members of Arizona’s state legislature with members of President Donald Trump’s legal team. There was also one last week held by the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee.

At the Michigan hearing, witness after witness, many who had written sworn affidavits over their concerns, spoke of irregularities and of a culture of concealment during their time at the TCF Center in Detroit. Patty McMurray, a poll challenger for 9 years, said she attempted to watch the workers’ duplication ballot process where one worker was meant to hold up the damaged ballot and the other would fill in a new one to replace it.

“Whenever we would try to watch the process, the person that was inspecting the ballot would stand in front of us and if we tried to move to the side, one of the adjudicators would challenge us and tell us to stand back and that we were too close,” McMurray said at the hearing.

After lunch break as poll challengers tried to return to the building, they were met with locked doors. McMurray said she witnessed “pizza boxes being placed over the windows so that the poll challengers couldn’t see in.” She said these were placed by the election workers and adjudicators.

According to McMurray, not a single military ballot she saw was from a registered voter and that the ballots “looked like they were all exactly the same Xerox copies.”

“They were all for Biden across the board,” she said. “They [workers] had to manually enter the names and addresses and a birthday of 1,1,2020 which would override the system and allow them to enter non-registered voters of which I saw several throughout the day.”

At the public hearing in Arizona, lawmakers called for their colleagues to support an upcoming resolution that would delay the release of the state’s Electoral College votes.

Arizona state Rep. Mark Finchem told reporters during the Nov. 30 hearing that they hope to have a resolution “within the next 24 to 48 hours.” The state holds 11 Electoral College votes.

“We are clawing our Electoral College votes back, we will not release them,” Finchem said. “That’s what I’m calling on our colleagues in both the House and Senate to do—exercise our plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution.”

According to Finchem, the move would be easy to make and would be legally binding.

“A simple majority can call the House and Senate back, and in a day can pass a resolution and cause those electoral votes to basically be held,” he said. “And it is binding—I’ll see y’all in court.”

And at at a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, hearing last week, multiple witnesses testified to being obstructed from observing the counting of 2020 election ballots and of other irregularities.

Poll observers Justin Kweder and Kim Peterson, the first two witnesses at the Pennsylvania hearing, testified that they couldn’t properly observe anything at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Kweder said he was a certified observer on the day of the election and returned as a volunteer observer for the next 10 days, during which he estimated he spent around 85 hours at the site. He said what he saw was “problematic to say the least.”

“The Philadelphia Board of Elections processed hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots with zero civilian oversight or observation,” Kweder said.

But Rudy said that the DOJ doesn't know about all the evidence they have. Kind of makes you wonder if there was evidence, why wouldn't they have presented it?

    FBI Requests Election Fraud Evidence

"We have obtained substantial and compelling evidence that unlawful actions by state and local election officials in swing states resulted in the casting and counting of hundreds of thousands of fraudulent ballots and the improper spoiling of tens of thousands of valid ballets. We are pleased to cooperate with any investigative authorities," Kline told the Washington Examiner.

Hell, you Libfucks sure believed the '3rd party - didn't see or hear the actual event' of the phone call at the heart of the bogus Trump impeachment.

The hypocrisy is stunning, don't you think?
For four years we've been inundated with breathless breaking news stories based on reports from "Sources familiar with the situation" and "unnamed sources", only to find out later it was bullshit.

      No matter.
If something doesn't fit the despicable agenda they just call it fake news or attack with some other juvenile tactic.
It's why we can't have anything nice around here.

Try presenting all this "evidence" in a court of law. Even the Trump legal team isn't that stupid though.

Pretty powerful press conference actually. Especially the way he called out Trump and the Republicans in congress for not condemning the threats of violence.

Exactly, and a court is not a press conference or a public meeting. Which is why the Trump lawyers actually signed a statement declaring, "Petitioners do not allege, and there is no evidence of, any fraud in connection with the challenged ballots; Petitioners do not allege, and there is no evidence of, any misconduct in connection with the challenged ballots; Petitioners do not allege, and there is no evidence of, any impropriety in connection with the challenged ballots; Petitioners do not allege, and there is no evidence of, any undue influence committed with respect to the challenged ballots.”

Giuliani did this because its not like spewing out things at a press event. As an officer of the court Giuliani is required to actually follow the rules of evidence. So if your evidence is just conspiracy theories, then its a lost cause. Which is why the Trump team hasn't gotten ANYWHERE in court.

There is a good reason Giuliani made it clear they were not alleging fraud. If you go to court and claim to be the victim of fraud, you have to give specific details of who committed the fraud, and the damage the fraud caused. They don't have that.

Pennsylvania allows counties to control and operate their elections, including mail in ballots. If a ballot is received and something is incorrect, such as missing address, or other required information is missing, some counties will inform the voter and give an opportunity to "cure" the ballot. Some counties do not do this. State law does not require either. It's a decision made by county officials. Giuliani's argument was simple. He said that because some counties counted cured ballots, while others excluded incorrectly submitted ballots, all mail in ballots should be thrown out. The judge said this was ridiculous and dismissed the suit.

Erickson is not a conservative, he's a hack fuck like you.

Erick Erickson on Trump: 'I got it absolutely wrong'

Conservative radio host Erick Erickson spent nearly the entire 2016 election cycle declaring that Donald Trump would not win. Thursday, his “eating crow” op-ed was published in the New York Times.

“Donald J. Trump will be the next president of the United States. I got it absolutely wrong,” Erickson said in the first lines of his op-ed. “In an election in which I wanted both candidates to lose, the man I wanted to lose beat the woman I wanted to lose, and I am O.K. with that. If I was wrong about the election, I am willing to admit I can be wrong about Donald Trump.”

CNN Pundit Draws Ire From All Sides
Ga. — In his seven weeks as one of CNN’s newest contributors, Erick Erickson has made scarcely more than a dozen appearances on the network.

But his every utterance — every Twitter message, blog post and radio rant — has been parsed with the rigor usually reserved for a Supreme Court nominee.

Erick Erickson: I guess I'm not a Republican anymore.

Erick Erickson: Ailes took me off Fox News because of McConnell criticism

Former Fox News contributor Erick Erickson alleged in an op-ed published Monday that the network took him off the air four years ago after current Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao complained to senior management about Erickson's criticism of her husband, Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

The alleged complaints were lodged to then-Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes while Chao was on the News Corp. board of directors.

"According to Roger, Elaine was 'riding [his] ass' about me being on Fox," Erickson wrote in a column for the blog he runs, The Resurgent. "I was supporting Matt Bevin in the 2014 Republican primary in Kentucky against McConnell."

"Roger felt the need to apologize, but told me that as long as I was writing about McConnell at RedState that I would find my appearances on Fox limited," Erickson writes. "I kept writing about McConnell. To his credit, Roger later called me and said he appreciated that I was willing to give up air time to keep doing what I believed in. He said most people would have shut up to be on TV."

On February 9, 2018, Acting Secretary of State Robert Torres issued a directive to county election officials stipulating that all voting equipment purchased thereafter provide for a paper record of all votes cast. The directive did not mandate that counties obtain new equipment, but it did establish specifications for new equipment that counties could purchase should they opt to replace their existing voting systems. In a press release, Torres said, "This directive will ensure that the next generation of the commonwealth’s voting systems conforms to enhanced standards of resiliency, auditability and security. The current voting equipment in counties works and can be audited. But new voting machines with paper ballots or voter-verifiable paper backup will improve auditability and augment security."[5][6]

On April 12, 2018, Torres issued another directive to county election administrators instructing them to ensure that all voting machines, regardless of purchase date, provide for a paper record of all votes cast. Torres set a deadline of the end of 2019 for counties to comply with the directive.

    Signature requirements and cure provisions
Absentee ballots in Pennsylvania include a set of return envelopes printed with a declaration that must be signed by the voter in order for the ballot to be counted. Pennsylvania law does not include a cure provision, or a procedure allowing voters to correct an issue with the signature on their absentee ballot.

Christ reading the news and seeing what lies ahead for Trump once he leaves office no wonder the guy is grasping at straws. Trump knows damn well he is going over the falls! After January 20th and he loses his cloak of immunity, and the real investigations begin this guy is burnt toast.
He isn't making up all these lies about the election because he's a sore loser, hell, he's scared to death knowing full well what's coming for him.
