In 2006 then Senator Obama took a taxpayer funded trip to Kenya. Part of his agenda included campaigning for presidential candidate Raila Odinga, who, it turned out, is distantly related to Obama. By 2010 then President Obama had sent Millions of US aid dollars to the Odinga government. Now, one could argue that it is not illegal to interfere in another countries elections, but what Obama did was a clear violation of the Logan act.

Or how about John Kerry? When President Trump announced that the US would be withdrawing from the Iran deal, Kerry went on a junket, visiting with European and Iranian government officials (Kerry at the time was citizen Kerry) to try and put pressure on Trump to stick with the deal. What Kerry did was a clear violation of the Logan act, although the chances of him being called to task for it is non existent.

I don't know where you get the idea that crimes in the past are a reason to excuse crimes in the present. This sad attempt to protect Trump from the consequences of his actions by threatening the same for political opponents, will gain you nothing.

Unlike Trump supporters, I don't have an emotional attachment to to the elected officials I support. If there's evidence of a crime, bring it to court and sort it out.

Being elected to office is not a license to break the law. That's what law and order means. Trying to create a special criminal privilege for those who get elected to office will be remembered as Trumpism.

Whistleblowers testify to fraud in battleground states

Whistleblowers in Virginia recently chose to speak out in an effort to preserve election integrity. The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society law firm held a press conference Tuesday, where a number of whistleblowers gave eyewitness testimony on election fraud in key battleground states.

The Amistad Project had uncovered hundreds-of-thousands of ballots affected by election fraud in five states, including Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. They have demanded election officials send logs and video of ballot handlers at several polling locations, especially at mail-in ballot drop boxes.



Several whistleblowers were subcontractors with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and alleged they faced problems working with the department. One man from Wisconsin claimed he saw only one ballot go out on November 2 and none on Election Day. On November 4, however, the local USPS chapter declared there were at least 100,000 ballots missing.

Another subcontractor from New York said he experienced weird behavior at two Pennsylvania USPS locations. He explained that officials from the first location held him there for more than six-hours and didn’t allow him to unload his trailer. Then at the second location, USPS officials took his whole trailer when he went to pick-up his truck.



This comes as Republican lawmakers throughout the country are hearing the Trump campaign’s case for widespread voter fraud. Meanwhile, campaign officials are asking for a recount in Wisconsin and a signature audit from Georgia election officials

 

GOP congressman Mo Brooks said he will challenge the electoral college votes when Congress plans to certify the results on January 6. On Wednesday, the Alabama lawmaker told reporters he will likely challenge the certification process even if no one else joins him.

In order to force Congress to bring the matter to a vote, one senator and one House representative must challenge the electorate. So far, it’s not clear if any senators plan to contest the electoral college results.

This comes just weeks after Brooks spoke on the House floor, where he highlighted that Congress certifies the election.

“Earlier I cited constitutional and federal law mandating that Congress, not the Supreme Court, determines whether to accept or reject electoral college votes,” he stated. “And Congress, not the Supreme Court, has the final verdict on presidential elections.”

PHOENIX -- A motley throng of patriots amassed Monday at the Hyatt Regency for a raucously peaceful "Stop the Steal" rally. There were Zoomers and Boomers, "America First" leaders and Proud Boys, tea party veterans and indie Donald Trump loyalists. I flew down from Colorado to lend my support to all these anti-establishment activists brave and vigilant enough to take to the streets. Praise for "Christ the King" rang out amid demands that a special legislative session be convened.

My message to the rallygoers was the same one I delivered at the "Stop the Steal" rally in Colorado Springs last month: We, the people, must rise up to protect our constitutional republic and prevent it from becoming a full-blown banana republic...

With the sterling exception of Arizona GOP Rep. Paul Gosar, the absence of nationally known conservative figures at the protest was as glaring as an Arizona sunrise and as gaping as the Grand Canyon.

I lost respect for Michelle Malkin when I read this. The reason for "the absence of nationally known conservative figures at the protest" is that respectable conservative figures are embarrassed by Trump's childish antics. Trump lost fairly in both the Electoral College, and of course in the popular vote. Republicans should have expected this. Trump is the only president on record who has never polled a majority of public support.

Rasmussen also says:

"The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 61% of Likely U.S. Voters think Trump should concede the presidential election to Democrat Joe Biden. Just 33% disagree."

I do not want Trump to concede. I want Trump to fight this to the bitter end and be forcibly evicted from the White House. I want the end of his presidency to be comically humiliating.

I am used to treating them as lunatic fringe but now have to graduate to treating them like the traitors and quislings they are. And you don't get a pass on that. You can't commit treason and then say hey it was just politics lets let bygones be bygones and forgive and forget.
