    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    Always move forward.

    This more than anything has helped me get through some really dark times. When things are really bad, I just focus on getting to the next minute. Then the next. Then keep looking ahead instead of wallowing in whatever is wrong. I may only be crawling, but at least I’m moving.
