    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Dinner was Boob and rice.. you've all been the picture... Dessert... A nice plate of Nachos with homemade baked tortilla chips... I never but corn chips these days... 1/2 the bag usually goes stale before I get around to using them...

    Sweet beans. They have sugar in them, molasses, dry mustard, salt and pepper, salt pork, chopped onion, and red kidney beans. Delicious.
    When I lived back East we used one of those stoneware pot and cook them in the oven but since I've been out here on the West coast and it's so hot I use a Crock-Pot because I don't want to turn on my oven.

    most of the people I know that make beans on the west coast are making pinto beans. I really like those too with a little bit of cheese rolled up in a tortilla. I think I'm just a lover of beans.

      Not a big fan of Pinto beans either... But the ones that they serve at El Pollo Loco are rather tasty... We don't have those out here. I did find a pretty decent copy cat Recipe for them tho... Gotta see if I saved it.

    Some Cajun Chicken Alfredo. Usually add a couple chopped up 'shrooms but the ones at the grocery looked rather nasty.. should have hit the Farmers Market this afternoon, but didn't decide what I wanted for dinner til after they closed. See the Recipe thread for my Cajun Spuce mix... I rarely buy spice mixes... U r paying for mostly salt in those.

    The mexican contractor brought homemade lasagna for us that his wife had made. Pretty interesting mexican lasagna.
    It had kinda of a taco flavor, and it was good. but kinda weird at the same time.
