    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    I ordered in cheese enchiladas from a new place that does slow food, makes their own cheese, grinds their own corn and flour, and all of that, did not know it was California Mexican. I ate a few bites before I found some lunch meat and made a sandwich.

    For lunch today I had basically a sandwich without bread and cucumber sticks with ranch dressing for dipping. The sandwich was rotisserie seasoned chicken sandwich meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, bacon, and Roma tomatoes. Yes I’m aware it’s not pretty.

    Had a left over hanger steak sub. Not too exciting but what is exciting is how I macgayvered it back to life without the microwave (hotel kitchnette had no oven). Perferated the tin container it came in, folded the edge of the container over a pot with simmering/boiling water, covered, and steamed to perfection, even got the cheese melting better than the restaurant did! Felt like a mad culinary genius :geek:
