    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

      It was made with a bunch of small pieces of veggies I had, some sour cream, egg, and the cheddar was a 3 year cheddar, nice and sharp! Almost a free dinner, as everything (except the eggs) were bought for other meals.

      I'm usually more of a mild cheddar fan, but the one was from Black Creek, and the flavor lent itself to the sharpness. It seems that most sharp cheddars to me have a slight bitter taste.

      I'm more an Alpine cheese fan (Swiss, gruyere, emmentaler...)! But in general, chess sis a new thing for me, as it has always been on the expensive did for me. I can buy it much cheaper now through my job.

      I LOVE cheese and am a fan of sharp cheddars! Swiss and gruyere's are also delicious, but I've never heard of emmentaler before. I would always choose a grilled cheese sandwich over a peanut butter and jelly *blech* any day!

      I love stuffed peppers! You can put almost anything in them, and with whatever combinations of spices that work together, and you've got an awesome meal! I used chorizo in my last batch, and it was great. I got some chicken that in going to use this time. Probably add some rice and lentils... Carrot... Celery... And tomato! I'm thinking oregano and thyme...
