    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    Just brined some chicken breasts, new idea for grilling boneless skinless chicken breasts. Soak them in brine 1/2 hour, rinse them, coat them in olive oil, season with paprika and garlic powder, then on a hot grill to sear, finish on medium high heat.
    I’ll report the results later!

      Brining poultry is not something new.,. Might be a new found thing in your book, but it's been known since the dawn of man that meat, soaked in salt water for a period of time, comes out much more tender and flavorful.. not sure what yours consisted of... Water, Salt, and Sugar are.the basics... everything else is to your taste
